Bringing Hope to the Philippines

For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink - Matthew 25:35 [KJV]

People often ask, “Why serve on the mission field in the Philippines?” The answer is simple: because the Lord has opened doors, placed a burden on our hearts, and given us the privilege to share both the Gospel and practical help for those who need it most.

My wife and I are serving in the Philippines through school evangelism, feeding programs, and ministry to families living in poverty. We visit schools to share the Word of God, help provide meals for children, and bring food, clothing, and encouragement to those who have next to nothing.

Our desire is not simply to meet physical needs, but to bring the everlasting hope of Jesus Christ. The Lord said;

Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. - Mark 16:15, [KJV]

We believe a meal, a piece of clothing, or a word of encouragement can open a door for the Gospel to be shared. The Bible reminds us;

If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food… and ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? - James 2:15–16  [KJV]

Our ministry seeks to demonstrate the love of Christ in both word and deed.

By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. - John 13:35 [kjv] 

We are also committed to encouraging and strengthening local believers, while praying that God will raise up faithful servants who will continue to share the Gospel in their own communities.

The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. - Luke 10:2  [KJV]

Our goal is clear: to preach Christ, serve the poor, strengthen the Church, and trust the Lord for lasting fruit. We can imagine no greater joy than serving our Saviour until He calls us home. Please pray for us as the Lord Jesus Christ continues to work through us by His Spirit in the Philippines; for open doors in the schools, provision for feeding programs, safety, wisdom, and souls to be saved. May the Love of God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ bless you abundantly.
