If you contact LUCAS' ministry, you consent to receive messages back from us in return - i.e., conversational, informational, promotional, etc., until such time that the conversation you initiated concludes.

Absolutely no messages will ever be shared by us with any third parties or affiliates. It is our policy to only share what we are asked to share, with your written (or texted) consent. Also, we will never make first contact with you. Nor will we solicit further contact with you for any reason other than following up on your original text and/or ensuing conversation related to your inquiry.

Regardless, we do not have a problem with your sharing our communication with you to others (in context, of course), and we will not share your correspondence with us (to others) as long as you are honest with your presentation of the conversation.

We will never sell your contact information or any part of our correspondence with you to any third party unless compelled by a court order, your threat of suicide, or threat of harming others.

Therefore, there is no reason to "opt in" or "opt out" of any form of communication with us. When you make contact with us, you have already opted in for the context of that contact only. To opt out, simply end the conversation.

Our Phone Provider requires this Privacy Policy to be posted on our site as part of our registration. However, you should also read "Our Privacy Policy In Practice" (posted above this one), as we do not intend to pay huge fees for texting back and forth to the United States. Especially for a lot of small talk. We will ONLY be using SMS with select businesses, and NOT for chatting. Good stewardship is one of our primary goals when doing ministry. We are limited to a small number of SMS ( Short Message Service) messages per month before being charged fees.

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.
